Due to the perishable nature of our home-based chutneys and food safety regulations, Spicy Touch does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours at rajeshresingh@gmail.com with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement if the error was on our part.
Exchanges We do not accept exchanges for any of our food products.
